Everybody thinks they learned to walk, sit and stand in a distant childhood, however this is not the case. Posture has a huge impact on the functioning of internal organs and may even lead to serious health problems. In addition, it is a reflection of your psychological state, self-confidence and attitude towards the world. Your body language can say the most about you. The human spine has natural curves that allow the muscles to cope with the gravity of the earth and keep the back straight. As long as these muscles are strong, the back is straight. When the muscles weaken, the back bends, the pain begins. If you eat right and take care of your body, good posture is not a problem.

 Stand, sit and walk properly. 

 When you lie down, you should hold your spine properly, stretch your abdomen, spread your shoulders, lift your head. You can clap your hands, or start on your knees. When you walk, the step should straighten the middle line of your chest, it gives the steps flexibility, strength. A moderate and flexible step seems to automatically generate extra energy, and the right grip is followed by the formation of a beautiful and strong body.

When you cry, you will never step on your feet. Two large arteries run under the knees to supply blood to the muscles. When you put your foot down, you immediately disrupt blood circulation. Lack of blood circulation and nutrition lead to immobility events. Take a good look at the feet of older people accustomed to sitting on their feet, you will see how damaged their veins and capillaries are. When the leg muscles are not nourished enough, the legs weaken and blood circulation also slows down. Bad posture of any kind causes pain in the upper back and fatigue of the shoulders. Pain may also occur in the neck and lumbar region. One of the easiest and most useful habits is to stand upright, walk and sit properly when you do not stand on your feet. It does not require any special expenditure of energy, but instead, when a person stands, sits and walks properly, the right posture is generated by itself, which contributes to the location and normal functioning. Thus, it should help the tonnage. It should become a daily habit to stay healthy and beautiful for a long time.
