Bold Sky, a lifestyle website, offers two exercises to relieve eye fatigue.
1. Massage on the eyelids
This exercise is done with a little pressure with the finger on the eyelids. This reduces eye pressure.
1) Sit comfortably in a chair.
2) Gently massage over the eyelids with the fingers of both hands.
3) Stop massaging for two seconds.
4) Massage again with the finger on the eyelid.
2. Lighting near and far
This exercise relaxes the muscles and helps prevent myopia, an eye disease. In addition to relieving eye fatigue, this exercise is beneficial to improve eyesight.
1) Bring your thumb in front of your eyes.
2) Look at the finger for 15 seconds.
3) Then look at an object that is 20 feet away from you.
4) Also cover it for 15 minutes.
5) Look at your thumb again.
6) Do this five times.
