Three (03) exercises to keep eyesight good


Blurred vision, frequent headaches, watery eyes, etc. are symptoms of poor eyesight. In this case, it is important to seek medical advice. You can also do some exercises that will help increase your eyesight.

Exercise: No : 01

Hold a pencil in hand. Now move it a little away from the eyes. Keep an eye on the pencil.

Now slowly bring the pencil in front of your nose. Take it away again. Always keep an eye on the pencil.

Follow this procedure at least 10 times a day.

Exercise: No: 02

Rotate the eyeball clockwise or clockwise for a few seconds.

Now turn the gem counterclockwise.

Follow this procedure four to five times.

Exercise : No: 03

Close the eyelid and open it again. Do this 20 to 30 times.

Now close your eyes and take a rest.

You can follow this procedure twice a day.
